Every entry-level job wants experience nobody will give a first-timer. Bootcamp "capstone projects" never touch a real codebase, a real deadline, or a real code review — so a CV full of tutorials still gets filtered out.

Every listing is posted by a company and checked before it goes live. The card shows the same fields for every role, so you can compare them honestly and skip the ones that do not fit.

How it works
What companies expect
The companies posting here are small teams doing real work. They shortlist for the same few things.
Put the listing’s skills where they can be seen, with one line of evidence each. A tutorial project counts if you can explain what you built and what broke.
A GitHub repo, a Figma file, a deployed page, a spreadsheet model. Optional on the form, decisive in the review. Make sure the link works logged out.
Shortlisting and interview invitations come by email. Companies move on when candidates go quiet. Check spam, and answer even if the answer is “not this one”.
If the listing says 12 weeks, say now if you can only do 8. A withdrawal mid-term is handled on the platform, but it costs the team and your reference.
Tasks are assigned and tracked on a board with statuses. Update them as you go so your supervisor sees progress without asking.
Short and specific: what shipped, what is blocked, what you learned. Supervisor feedback and evaluations are written against these.
A realistic timeline
The only fixed window is the company's review. Everything else is set by the listing's duration in weeks.
