You will learn structured recruitment and interviewing, humane performance improvement plans, awareness-level Nigerian labour law and statutory contributions (pension, NSITF, ITF), compensation design, HRIS tools, and the HR metrics — attrition, absenteeism, time-to-fill, eNPS — that get you taken seriously in leadership meetings.

Pass the final certification exam (70%, unlimited retakes) and your certificate is issued automatically — proof for employers that you can step into an HR Officer, People Operations, or Talent role and run a fair, professional people function from day one.
