A practical, first-principles project management course built for the African workplace. You will learn the full project lifecycle — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing — through three realistic running projects: a Lagos fintech app launch, an Abuja depot relocation with real naira budgets, and a Port Harcourt hospital system rollout. You will build the working artifacts professionals actually use (project charter, work breakdown structure, schedules and budgets, RAID log, communication plan, status reports), learn when to run Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or a hybrid, and practise the judgement calls that make or break projects: handling vendor slippage, saying no to powerful stakeholders, reporting bad news early, and closing projects properly. The course ends with a 20-question certification exam (70% to pass, unlimited retakes) and a verifiable certificate — your practical foundation before later credentials like PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications.
